The most difficult post ever

Steve's beautiful family

snowmobiling, His favorite pass time

My cousin john on the bottom, Steve, then me, and Laura on top

Steve, although i can no longer see your famous smile, or hear your sarcastic comments and laugh at your antics that you would love to pull on people, I can feel your spirit and love for the family that you left behind here on this earth..Although i have not lived with you for many years, I will never forget how much fun it was to grow up with you,you were the coolest older brother i could have asked for, so crazy and carefree in all your actions, its probably a miracle that you lived to 40..always taking it to the limit, whether it was rock climbing, cliff jumping, snowmobiling...you did it to the fullest capacity..no wonder every one loved you and always wanted to be around you.. you always had so many friends,I was just the annoying little sister that you were so kind to tolerate...you would always let me tag along..whether you were building a fort or, "running away"..i would be the one that would help you pack your bags, or sneak you food for your fort, letting me ride on your bicycle handlebars when my bike had a flat, just the many things that made you such a fun big brother..I guess i understand why you had too leave us so soon, but its still hard to comprehend the fact that i no longer get to see your dimples and your smile,or hear your soft spoken hello's. Although it had been awhile since our last phone conversation, I would give anything to hear.."Hey sue its Steve"

I loved all your pep talks and your advice, or just listening to you play the guitar, seeing you at the family party's,and the Colorado trips we took.
I know you had a few struggles in your life, but that's what made you who you are,and why people were just drawn to you.. your unpretentious ways made you very easy to get along with and such a kind and loving person..who is and will always be the coolest brother and most fun loving father there ever was....till we meet again........... we love you

Patiently waiting another ride

This labor day our family went up to a friends ranch and went four wheeling, and we took our boat this time and made it over to starvation lake...we were thinking the weather was not going to hold up for us,but it ended up being so beautiful, and the water was great..what a good time...Zach is our boy that wants to try every thing, after Travis got done making surfing look so easy,Zach decided he wanted to give it a go..thinking that we would just let him try i started the boat up and Zach pulled him self right up...he was surfing..that made my day...the kids also went cliff jumping and tubing..we had such a fun weekend...thanks Brent and Melissa
